For your event, your donkey will be bathed and adorned in the floral color palette of your event. We will arrive approximately thirty minutes prior to your scheduled start time to ensure we are on time and ready to entertain!

We limit our donkeys to carry about 30-40 pounds (12-14 beverages with ice on each side of their pack saddle). While they are capable of carrying more, we want to ensure our donkeys are always happy and safe. Your handler will ensure the saddle pack coolers are restocked appropriately throughout your event.

* We do not sell alcohol. The venue or client is required to provide all beverages & ice.

* While our donkeys are well trained, they are still animals and may on occasion startle. For that reason, our donkeys can not be around fireworks, gunshots or aggressive/inappropriate guests. In the event of unruly guests or unsafe noises, our donkeys will be removed and no refund will be issued. We will do our best to work with the venue and client first to prevent any such incident.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon reservation via Zelle. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your event & is non-refundable. Refunds are only available if we have to cancel due to weather, roadway conditions or donkey illness.

A travel fee will be added for venues further than 20 miles from our location in South Gilbert.
